If you are an applicant who has previously not consented to using the International Protection Applicant Portal, or you are a legal representative whose client has previously not consented to using the International Protection Applicant Portal, please provide this office with the following information:

  • After verifying the email address and details provided by the requester, this office will then send the relevant appeal form to the email address provided.

  • Please note that this form will be specific to each applicant and cannot be used to submit an appeal for a different applicant.

  • Please also note that appeals must be submitted within the timeline specified in the decision letter received from the International Protection Office.

  • Please note that late appeals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
